Wai Eng is an accomplished finance and operations executive, with over twenty years of hands-on experience covering the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector. He is a fact, data-driven business strategist with a dedication to generating innovative business plans, that transform and optimize operations, business, and financial functions. Throughout out his professional career, he utilizes comprehensive data to identify and analyze operational inefficiencies and then produce strategic quantifiable solutions, working closely with senior cross-functional teams through each phase of the solutions' implementation plan. His passion for excellence and his collaborative approach to leadership and operations plus, his ability to clearly communicate with executives, operations teams, and clients, has enabled him to expand businesses, realize tangible cost savings, boost business revenue, and reduce operating costs. His professional experiences includes developing immediate and long-term strategic and operating plans for business startups, as well as private and multinational corporations. Wai’s financial expertise covers the management of business operations, accounting, quantitative and qualitative analysis and due diligence for business acquisitions. In addition, he has led a number of key business transformations initiatives covering customer service, retail, and financial operations Wai holds an MBA from The University of San Francisco and a BS in Finance from New York University. He Is a Fellow of The Walter Kaitz Foundations, A Diversity and Inclusion Initiative created by the Cable and Telecommunications industry and completed their one year Executive Management Program.

NIGEL SONARIWO
Nigel Sonariwo is an accomplished Business Development Strategist, PR Consultant and Marketing Executive. Throughout his career, he has worked on a variety of Corporate led Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives, including coordinating Multiethnic, Multicultural and Minority outreach and inclusion development programs as well as, holding several senior marketing strategy leadership roles with; Jones Communications, MediaOne, AT&T Broadband, Hallmark Channel, Comcast, Starz Entertainment, HSN and MoneyGram International. Nigel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the State University of New York and an MBA from Howard University in Washington DC. He is a fellow of the US Cable industry’s Walter Kaitz Foundation Executive Leadership Diversity and Inclusion Program (Class of 1996) and a Graduate of Cable’s CTAM-U’s Harvard University, Executive Leadership Program (Class of 2004) and a former Denver Chapter President of the National Association of Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC). In 2007, 2008 and in 2009 Nigel was voted one of the top 100 emerging minority leaders in the Cable telecommunications industry by Cable World Magazine.
